In the News Today: Dad Allegedly Tries To Circumcise Son After Reading Bible

VANCOUVER, Wash. -- A father who allegedly tried to circumcise his 8-year-old son in the bathroom after reading Bible passages has been charged with first-degree assault on a child.

Edwin Bruce Baxter, of Vancouver, faces at least 10 years in prison if convicted.

Now, the question I have, is if it is assault when a Father does it, why do people pay a doctor to do it? And where are the people protesting this practice? How many tens of thousands of Abortions are there? How many MILLIONS of gential mutilations are there?

It's mutilation, regardless of who does it. That it's institutionalized makes it that much worse. Where is the outrage?
