While looking around on Flickr for pics of Trek bikes I'm considering buying, I came across this guy's SUB conversion of his 6500, using the kit from Xtracycle. You can read a bit more about it on his blog.

Most impressive looking is the picture of him bringing home a bunch of insulation on his bike.
