At least the story wasn't about Bill having some sort of breathing treatment. Then the tagline would be "Inhaling with Bill Clinton". :-)

Nice way to spin what he said. What he said was that it was a theory (in the laypersons sense), one without basis. And that because Bush will not release any of the information the commission looking into the attacks has requested, that makes fertile ground from such conspiracies spring forth. That by hiding information, they do nothing to refute such claims. Indeed, they only serve to lend credence to them.
Words have context. Perhaps you should take that into consideration.
