Ok, they didn't say they sucked. But they did say that integrating third world economies with ours will not do much to help the poor in those countires, and may actually lead to increased frequency and severity of economic crises. In other words, they agree with all those millions of protesters the world over who've been saying the same thing for a decade (or more).
