Eldrick is my current Oscar. Bought him on August 28, 2002. He's a Tiger O, and I bought him to replace Ariel, my long-finned Albino Oscar that passed away a few weeks prior to Eldrick's arrival. I bought him when he was very small. He's only about 2-3" currently. Full Grown, he will be ~12".
Eldrick is named after Tiger Woods (Eldrick being Tiger's real first name). Not for any special reason aside from being a Tiger himself. He's living in a 55 gallon aquarium powered by an Eheim Pro II 2026 canister filter and a Penguin Bio Wheel 330. His current tankmates include Chad (a 2yo Pleco), 4 Tiger Barbs, 8 various types of Danios, and 3 Lamp Eyed Tetras. And foremost among his mates is the International Snail of Mystery.
