The last weekend in June of 2001, Dan decided to grill some steaks. So off to the market we went. And there we found the best looking cuts of NY Strip we'd ever seen. Premium Grade Hereford Moo-Moo. Perfect marbling, ideal thickness, begging to be taken home. 17.25 oz pre-cooked, each, nearly 2" thick. Dan just had to take some pictures, lest he forget just how great it was.
Grilled on my Weber Genisis 1000 (similar to the current Genesis Silver B).
